Returns and Exchanges

To return your item please use the Returns Portal below.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of boxers or sanitary items.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns shipping and ask that you arrange shipping to the address provided on the returns portal with your preferred carrier.

Returns must be submitted through the portal within 90 days of receiving your order, shipping time is not included. After this time you will be unable to return your order.

RETURNS WITH SIGNS OF WEAR SUCH AS STAINS/SMELLS WILL BE REJECTED
If the tag has been removed please include this in the 'more details' section and we will still consider your item as a return.
